Come play pickleball and help raise money for NextStep Kansas City, and Paralysis Recovery. In an effort to increase community awareness for our cause, we are asking participant to create team fundraising pages and help spread the word by asking for donations. 

Tournament entry fees can be paid through team fundraising. Each team must raise a minimum of $100 in order to participate. Your team may obtain VIP status if you raise $300, or more. VIPs will receive a special gift for going the extra mile, and have access to more food and beverage options! If you prefer to simply purchase your team entry fee, you may do so for $140. VIP status is reserved for fundraisers.

Based in Overland Park, KS, NextStep Kansas City opened its doors in May of 2008. As a nonprofit paralysis recovery center, NextStep Kansas City works to provide lifelong health and recovery for people living with paralysis. Today, many individuals in the paralyzed community are deprived of the resources they desperately need to live long, independent, and healthy lives.  As the area's first, and still the only dedicated paralysis recovery center, NextStep Kansas City offers cutting-edge, activity-based therapy techniques using state-of-the-art equipment.

NextStep Kansas City's annual charity pickleball event is a unique opportunity to have lots of fun, while helping a great cause. But, we can't do it without the support our community! We invite you to help support our participants by making a donation to their team, and then sending their fundraising page to other people that might want to help. This is a great way to reach a lot of people, and make a bigger impact than otherwise possible.
